Denis is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting Services team in Moncton / Dieppe. Bilingual in French and English, he brings more than two decades of experience in accounting, tax, and business-related matters to his role. Denis provides tax planning and financial advice to help his clients grow their business and ensure their profitability.
Denis works one-on-one with owner-managed businesses, such as healthcare professionals — including dental and medical professionals — and companies in the fishing, construction, manufacturing, and real estate sectors. His experience includes tax and financial restructuring, financing, family trusts, business sales and acquisitions, and succession planning.
Denis earned a Bachelor of Business Accounting (BAA) from the University of Moncton in 1998. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2000, and completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax Program in 2003.
Denis is treasurer of Mountain Top House, which serves inmates and their families by helping them stay in contact with one another, and a director of Dieppe-based biotech companies Triple Hair and Pulmonem.
